Ningbo Meishan Island is located in the eastern part of Ningbo, within the core area of the Yangtze River Delta. It serves as a pivotal hub for the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and is situated in the central zone of the Eastern Coastal New City.
The Meishan Red Bridge (also known as the Meishan Chunxiao Bridge) is a key project in Zhejiang Province and the world's largest cross-sea steel truss arch bridge. With a total investment of 1.17 billion yuan, the bridge starts from Chunxiao Yangshashan in the west and ends at Meishan Island, spanning the Meishan Bay waterway. It has a total length of 1.97 kilometers. The Meishan Red Bridge adopts a grand Chinese red as its main color scheme, making it a landmark structure in Meishan Bay.
StrongLED Lighting System completed the lighting enhancement for the Meishan Red Bridge project, covering the main bridge, the Chunxiao-side approach bridge, the Meishan-side approach bridge, and the Mingyue Lake auxiliary road bridge. The project provided lighting equipment such as LK2D, PX2C, AP10, and AP10A, along with control systems including RTP-9808 and RTP-X16D. This ensured even and smooth lighting effects for the suspension cables and bridge deck, revitalizing the Meishan Red Bridge under the night sky.
