The Dash Wall

2026.1.8 CULTURAL & CREATIVE INTERACTION

Dash Wall is a fully programmable low-resolution media façade, recently designed by design researcher and media artist Dr. Luke Hespanhol for the Camperdown campus of the University of Sydney in Australia. Dash Wall serves as the central feature of the newly launched Footbridge Gallery, which is the first project implemented under the university's strategic master plan. Located near the pedestrian bridge on Parramatta Road—one of the busiest entrances to the university campus—the gallery represents a key initiative in enhancing the campus experience.
