By the waters of Qinhu Lake, amidst the undulating hills, stands the graceful new Changshu broadcasting and television transmission tower. Originally built in 1984, the Changshu TV Tower underwent lighting enhancements in 2018. Now, poised elegantly by Qinhu Lake, it shines brilliantly, having undergone a "rebirth from its cocoon" to become a new landmark of Changshu city.


  The old transmission tower was constructed in 1984, standing 119 meters tall and proudly overlooking the beautiful Qinhu Lake. For decades, it served as an iconic structure visible from afar for visitors to Qinhu Park. After more than 30 years of weathering the elements, this building, which once rivaled the height of the ancient Fang Pagoda, is now being revitalized to keep pace with modern times, transforming its appearance for a new era.
