The construction of the Coastal Avenue in Huangdao District, Qingdao City has driven the rapid development of processing and marine aquaculture industries along the expansive beaches to the north. To the south, pedestrian boardwalks and viewing platforms will be built along the coastline to develop and utilize the rich scenic resources.

  StrongLED Lighting System Group undertook the lighting project for the Coastal Avenue and the West Coast New District in Huangdao, Qingdao, spanning a total length of 15 kilometers. The lighting scope includes the administrative center of the West District, buildings along the roads, public facilities, residential areas, and street landscape lighting.
In 2016, in preparation for the Beer Festival, lighting planning for the West Coast New District of Huangdao commenced. The landscape on both sides of Haiyun Avenue underwent lighting enhancements, transforming the previously dimly lit roads and infusing the Coastal Avenue with vitality at night. Through programmed control and multi-color displays, the landscape now exhibits dynamic, wave-like lighting effects.
