Located in Dongguan's central business district, the Dongguan Jiahong Zhenxing Building is a super high-rise 5A Grade A office tower. It is an independently developed and constructed super high-rise project by a private enterprise (Jiahong Group). To date, it stands as the only office building in Dongguan to have achieved LEED Platinum certification.


  The building's overall exterior design, combined with its lighting scheme, integrates energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. The façade is primarily illuminated using CV9 linear lights, while LK2Q-A wall washers accentuate the building's highest points with diamond-like edges. The combination of the high-rise structure and the diamond-edged lighting theme creates a radiant and dazzling lighting effect, making it the most brilliant "diamond" in Dongguan's CBD.
